Responsibilities
- Collaborate with administrative and medical staff to design a Family Medicine residency program.
- Prepare for 4 residents set to start in 2029, followed by 8 in 2030, and 12 in 2031.
- Step into a 50‑50 administrative to clinical split, shifting to more administrative time as the program begins.
Compensation & Incentives
- Guaranteed base salary of $395,000 +.
- Incentives including $200,000 + loan forgiveness, $100,000 sign‑on bonus, and $20,000 relocation stipend.
